About this painting
In this work I tried to capture the moment when everyday objects lose their obvious function and become, for a while, unreadable. The light takes away their ordinary role, turning them into forms, colors and tensions between shapes. What mattered to me was warmth, the rhythm of forms and the impression that light permeates the whole composition, giving it lightness, energy and a new meaning.
