Questions I hear most often
Is this a real, registered business?
Yes. I operate as Agata Górna.Design, Tax ID (NIP) 6912155818, and I'm a registered VAT payer. On request, I issue an invoice for every order (manually, via InFakt).
Does buying from you support anything beyond the artwork?
Yes. I donate 10% of proceeds from every sale — both original paintings and commissioned portraits — to the education of gifted children.
Do you ship paintings abroad? What about customs?
Yes, I ship to Poland, the EU, the UK, the USA and Canada. Customs duty and import tax are usually paid by the buyer on delivery; the exception is commissioned portraits shipped to the USA and Canada, where duty is prepaid so you're not surprised by extra charges on delivery.
What if I change my mind after buying?
For original gallery paintings, you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase (EU law). I'll help you pack the painting safely for return. Commissioned portraits, being made individually for you, are excluded from this right.
